- 60 g butter
- 75 g Emmental cheese, grated
- 1 egg(s)
- Salt
- 60 g flour
- 1 liter of broth
- 1 point soup vegetables, frozen
- Parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
To make the cheese dumplings, first cream the butter until creamy, then add the cheese, egg, salt, and flour. Mix everything well and form small dumplings. Bring the broth to a boil, add the vegetables, and cook gently for about 10 minutes. Then add the cheese dumplings and let them sit for about 10 minutes.
