Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ¼ liter of milk
  • ¼ liter broth
  • 200 g processed cheese (herbs)
  • 300 g spinach, frozen (chopped)
  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • nutmeg
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Bring the milk and broth to a boil. Turn off the heat. Add the cream cheese, stirring constantly, and let it melt. Add the spinach and thaw. Bring the soup to a boil. Stir the crème fraîche into the soup. Season to taste. Serve with toast and herb butter. Tip: You can also thaw the spinach beforehand.
