Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g salt
  • 100 g carrot(s)
  • 100 g celery
  • 100 g leek
  • 100 g onion(s)
  • 100 g parsley
  • some lovage, fresh (or 1 tsp dried)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Grind everything in a food processor and pour into jars. 1 teaspoon of vegetable spice paste is enough for 1/4 liter of water. I use the vegetable spice paste in salads, sauces, casseroles, etc. The paste keeps well in the refrigerator.
