Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Green beans
  • 1 bunch Soup vegetables
  • 250 g Cauliflower
  • 3 Potatoes
  • 2 Onions
  • 250 g Salami
  • 125 g Ham cubes
  • 1,5 L Vegetable broth
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Thyme
  • Summer Savory
  • Oil

Instructions
 

  • Clean the beans and put them in a saucepan.
  • Peel and chop the potatoes, clean and chop the soup vegetables and add everything to the beans in the pot.
  • Clean the Brussels sprouts and cut the stalk crosswise, add to the other vegetables, pour the vegetable stock, add spices and herbs and cook everything for about 25 minutes.
  • Peel and dice the onions and sauté with the diced ham in the oil until translucent, dice the salami, sauté briefly with the onions, and put everything in the vegetable pot, bring to the boil again and serve.
