  • 1 Onion
  • 250 g Mushrooms
  • 1 cup Brunch mushrooms
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oil

Instructions
 

  • Sear the chopped meat in hot oil.
  • Peel and dice the onion, add to the meat and steam with it.
  • Season the onion meat with salt and pepper.
  • Clean the mushrooms, cut into slices, add to the meat, pour on the stock, close the saucepan and let simmer over a low heat for 10 minutes.
  • Stir in the brunch and bring to the boil again briefly.
  • I served croquettes with it.
