Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 kg potatoes
- 2 small zucchini
- 3 red bell peppers
- 4 pairs of sausages (Wiener)
- 300 g cheese, grated (Gouda)
- 1 cup of cream
- 200 ml broth, strong
- herbs, Italian

Tupperware Ultra Plus
Grease the Ultra Plus (3.5 l) (a 2 l would be quite full!) and briefly fry the onions in the microwave. Dice the potatoes and add them to the onions. Pour in the cream and broth, cover, and place the Ultra Plus in an oven preheated to 175°C for 25 minutes. Then chop the zucchini, bell peppers, and sausages and add them. Mix everything well and cook for another 40 minutes. Stir and season with Italian herbs. Sprinkle the Gouda cheese over the casserole and bake uncovered for 20 minutes. The vegetables will then be cooked through and nice and soft. If you like your vegetables a little firmer, reduce the cooking time by 20 to 30 minutes.
