Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g mixed peppers
- 250 g mushrooms
- 200 g feta cheese
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 3 tsp paprika paste
- 1 bag of rice
- 250 ml Cremefine for cooking
- some cayenne pepper
- some pepper
- some paprika powder
- Fat for frying

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
simple, with mushrooms
First, wash and chop the vegetables. Then, sauté the mushrooms and diced bell peppers in a pan and season with cayenne pepper, paprika, and pepper. Meanwhile, add the rice. After seasoning, add the paprika and fry for a few minutes. Now add the crème fraîche and the spring onions, stir, and bring to a boil. Finally, add the feta and cooked rice.
