Cream the butter and 175g of sugar until fluffy, then add the creamed quark and a splash of rum. Prepare the pudding according to the instructions. Tip: Use a little less liquid to ensure it’s nice and firm and avoid a skin forming. Whip the cream with 80g of sugar until stiff and dissolve the gelatin in the warm water. Then combine everything and pour between the cake layers in the cake tin. The cake needs to cool thoroughly before it’s ready to serve.
