Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 1 egg(s)
- 2 tbsp curd
- 100 g butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 carrots, grated
- 1 zucchini, grated
- 3 spring onions, in thin rings
- 3 clove(s) garlic, chopped
- 200 g crème fraîche
- 3 eggs
- 150 g cheese, Gouda or butter cheese, grated
- 50 g pumpkin seeds
- 1 bunch of chives
- 1 dashes Tabasco
- Butter, breadcrumbs, for the mold
- salt and pepper

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

For the dough, knead all ingredients together and pour the dough into a greased, breadcrumb-coated 26 cm quiche dish. Mix the topping ingredients, season with salt, pepper, and Tabasco, and spread over the dough. Bake at 180°C (preheated) for 40-50 minutes.
