Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g flour
- 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla flavor
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 150 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 150 g margarine, soft
- 3 eggs
- 100 ml milk

Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
with vanilla and chocolate pudding powder
For the light pastry, mix the flour, baking powder, and vanilla pudding powder in a bowl. Then add the remaining ingredients one at a time and mix everything well until a thick batter forms. Pour the light pastry into a greased baking dish (be careful with small ones; it’s best to use two) and preheat the oven to 170°C (convection oven). Then mix the dark pastry in the same mixing bowl (no need to rinse) and pour it onto the light pastry in the dish. Finally, use a fork to create a marbled pattern and bake the cake for 50-60 minutes.
