Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 celeriac
- 4 carrots
- 2 onions
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 stalk(s) leek
- Salt, coarse
Instructions

Clean and peel the ingredients, cut them into small pieces or quarters, and then mince them. Mix the resulting broth with plenty of salt (to taste, but not too little, as it helps preserve the ingredients). Once this is done, pour it into jars, seal them, and store them in a cool place. It’s ideal as a base for a quick, fresh vegetable broth and always on hand. It also makes a nice souvenir.
