Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 g vegetables of your choice (frozen)
- 2 packs of puff pastry from the refrigerated section
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Heat the vegetables in a saucepan and season with salt and pepper. Line a pie dish with puff pastry. Pour in the vegetables and then cover with the second sheet of puff pastry. Bake the whole thing in the oven at approximately 170°C (top/bottom heat) until the puff pastry is a lovely golden brown.
