Vegetables with turkey and potatoes

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g leek
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 1 large bell pepper
  • 1 pack of tomato puree
  • 300 g potatoes
  • 300 g turkey
  • some salt and pepper
  • n. B. spice(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Low in calories and very tasty

Finely chop the leeks, bell peppers, and mushrooms. Add them to a pot with the passata. Once simmering, season to taste. Peel and chop the potatoes, and cook them with a little salt (approx. 15-20 minutes, depending on the size of the pieces). Season the turkey and brown it in a pan or on the grill. Alternatively, you can also use chicken and serve it with rice. We even made three servings. So, it only contains 313 calories!
