Spread the love

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 150 g oat flakes
  • 40 g soy flour
  • 60 g sunflower seeds
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp vegetable stock powder
  • 2 tbsp paprika powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 200 g grated cheese, e.g. Gouda
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 ml milk
  • Fat for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

First, combine all the solid and dry ingredients in a bowl and chop them together. Then add all the wet or soft ingredients, mix, and knead everything. Tip: Alternatively, combine all the ingredients and chop them together using a Thermomix. You can choose how coarsely ground you want the patties to be, depending on how much you chop everything up. Then form patties from the dough and fry them in a lightly greased pan until the desired color is reached. These vegetarian patties are quick to make, taste delicious, and, like any burger, can be topped with whatever you like.
