Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 200 g mushrooms
- ½ garlic clove(s)
- ½ onion(s)
- 60 g dried tomatoes
- 2 slices of bread
- 2 tbsp oat flakes
- 1 egg(s)
- 2 tsp herbs, Italian
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- Oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Roughly clean the mushrooms, quarter them, and add them to the meat grinder. Peel the onion and garlic clove and mince them along with the sun-dried tomatoes. Finally, add the slightly torn bread slices. The bread improves the texture of the patties and also makes cleaning the meat grinder quicker. Now, add the remaining ingredients to the mixture, form them into patties, and fry them in oil in a pan.
