Pancakes with millet

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g millet
  • 4 eggs
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Finely grind the millet. Mix all other ingredients with the millet. Heat the oil in a pan and cook thin pancakes. Maple syrup tastes delicious with it.
