Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 small white cabbage
- some rapeseed oil
- 1 stalk(s) leek
- 2 stalk(s) Celery , with green
- 1 large onion(s)
- 2 large carrots
- 1 liter of water
- 2 cubes of vegetable stock
- 2 sprigs of lovage (Maggi herb)
- some savory
- possibly caraway
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel and finely dice the onion and fry it in a saucepan with a little rapeseed oil until translucent. Add the washed, trimmed, and finely chopped vegetables, deglaze with water, and crumble in the stock cubes. Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for about 15 to 20 minutes. In between, add the finely chopped lovage and a few savory leaves, and, if tolerated, the caraway seeds.
