Vegetarian cannelloni

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 large carrots
  • 200 g herb cream cheese
  • 7 cannelloni
  • salt and pepper
  • 250 ml tomato sauce
  • ½ pack of cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Peel and grate the carrots. Season with salt and pepper. Then add the herb cream cheese to the grated carrots and mix everything together. Fill the cannelloni with the mixture (the mixture makes about 7 rolls). Then place in a baking dish and cover with tomato sauce. Sprinkle with the cheese and bake for 20 minutes at 220°C.
