Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 onions
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp, heaped flour
- 150 g butter
- 500 ml vegetable stock
- 3 tsp tomato paste
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 dashes lemon juice
- 400 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 tsp coriander
- 480 g Kebab, vegetarian
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Peel and dice the onions. Dice the garlic or press it through a press. Heat the butter in a roasting pan. Add the onions and garlic and fry. Add the flour, stirring constantly, and fry until light brown. Then stir in the tomato paste and cherry tomatoes. Deglaze with the vegetable stock. Add the soy sauce, lemon juice, coriander, and vegetarian kebab and bring to a boil. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Serve with rice, noodles, potatoes, or mashed potatoes.
