Cheat day treat for every meta type

Cut the burger or whole-wheat bun lengthwise and place briefly on the grill or in a non-stick pan. Brush the underside of the bun with 1 tablespoon of tomato ketchup or barbecue sauce, if desired. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan. Finely slice two red onions and sauté in the pan for a few minutes. Remove the onion rings from the pan and toss them in a small bowl with the balsamic vinegar. Fry the halloumi slices in the same pan or on the grill rack until golden brown on both sides. Wash the tomato, dry it, and slice it. Wash the lettuce leaves and pat them dry. For the yogurt and herb sauce, mix all the ingredients well and then season to taste with sea salt and pepper. Now cover the underside of the burger with lettuce leaves, halloumi, tomato, cucumber slices, and balsamic onions and drizzle with the yogurt and herb sauce.
