Ingredients
- 100 g Flour
- 4 Eggs
- 150 ml Milk
- 1 Vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 50 g Raisins
- Rum
- 4 El Sugar
- Powdered sugar
- 4 Tl Butter
Instructions
- Mix the flour with milk and a pinch of salt. Now separate the eggs and add the yolks and stir well. Let rest for half an hour. Put the raisins in the rum.
- Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt and vanilla sugar until stiff, add to the flour mixture and fold in.
- Put some butter in the pan and pour in a ladle of the batter, sprinkle a few raisins on top and fry until light brown, then sprinkle sugar on top and turn it over. Let it caramelize briefly and tear it up with 2 forks, put it on the plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
