Ingredients
 

  • 100 g Flour
  • 4 Eggs
  • 150 ml Milk
  • 1 Vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 50 g Raisins
  • Rum
  • 4 El Sugar
  • Powdered sugar
  • 4 Tl Butter

Instructions
 

  • Mix the flour with milk and a pinch of salt. Now separate the eggs and add the yolks and stir well. Let rest for half an hour. Put the raisins in the rum.
  • Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt and vanilla sugar until stiff, add to the flour mixture and fold in.
  • Put some butter in the pan and pour in a ladle of the batter, sprinkle a few raisins on top and fry until light brown, then sprinkle sugar on top and turn it over. Let it caramelize briefly and tear it up with 2 forks, put it on the plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
