Dill Bean Stew (green Beans)
The perfect dill bean stew (green beans) recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 kg Beans – green or yellow, cleaned, cut into diamonds,
- Cooked
- 250 g Potatoes – boiled, quartered
- 20 g Butter
- 20 g Flour smooth
- 0,25 l Sour cream
- 0,2 l Soup
- 1 tbsp Chopped dill
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- 1 tsp Sweet paprika
- 1 Spr Apple or wine vinegar
- 1 Geezer
- Melt the butter in a shallow saucepan, stir in the flour, roast lightly.
- Pour hot soup on top, stir, cook for a few minutes.
- Stir in the cream, mix in the boiled beans and potatoes, bring to the boil briefly.
- Stir in the dill, season with salt, pepper, paprika and vinegar.
- Cut crackers or other sausages and cook them briefly.
- Dill beans (without the sausages, of course) also go well with cooked beef.
