Dill Bean Stew (green Beans)

The perfect dill bean stew (green beans) recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 kg Beans – green or yellow, cleaned, cut into diamonds,
  • Cooked
  • 250 g Potatoes – boiled, quartered
  • 20 g Butter
  • 20 g Flour smooth
  • 0,25 l Sour cream
  • 0,2 l Soup
  • 1 tbsp Chopped dill
  • Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 tsp Sweet paprika
  • 1 Spr Apple or wine vinegar
  • 1 Geezer
  1. Melt the butter in a shallow saucepan, stir in the flour, roast lightly.
  2. Pour hot soup on top, stir, cook for a few minutes.
  3. Stir in the cream, mix in the boiled beans and potatoes, bring to the boil briefly.
  4. Stir in the dill, season with salt, pepper, paprika and vinegar.
  5. Cut crackers or other sausages and cook them briefly.
  6. Dill beans (without the sausages, of course) also go well with cooked beef.
