Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g lentils, red
- 2 carrots
- 300 g cauliflower
- 100 g beans, green
- 1 onion(s)
- 250 g natural yogurt
- 750 ml water
- Curry powder, mild
- chili powder
- salt and pepper
- Vegetable broth, instant
- Oil, neutral

quick curry with few ingredients
Finely chop the onion and sauté in a little oil. Deglaze with 3/4 liter of water and add 2 teaspoons of vegetable stock powder. Add the lentils. Clean and finely chop the vegetables, and add them. Cook for about 20 minutes, until the lentils are tender. Season to taste; it can be a bit more intense, as the yogurt will mellow it out at the end. Before serving, add a dollop of yogurt to the vegetables. You can also use other vegetables; this dish is perfect for using up leftovers!
