Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 mushroom (parasol head), raw
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • possibly pepper from the mill
  • 1 egg(s)
  • some butter for the pan

Instructions

Working time approx. 6 minutes; Total time approx. 6 minutes

quick, easy, healthy

Melt the butter in a pan. Place the mushroom cap flat in the pan, cook, and season with salt. Fry the egg into a fried egg and place it on top of the mushroom cap. Transfer to a plate and serve, sprinkled with pepper if desired.
