Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 3 potatoes
  • ½ pumpkin(s)
  • 2 onions
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 kohlrabi
  • 100 g kidney beans
  • 2 ½ liters of water

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel all the vegetables, except for the kohlrabi, and chop into large pieces. Boil in salted water for about one and a half hours. Then strain the soup through a fine sieve. Season with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Add the kohlrabi, which has now been cut into bite-sized pieces. Cook until the kohlrabi is tender.
