Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g oat flakes, wholegrain
- 100 g oat flakes, fine
- 250 g herb curd
- 180 g cheese, grated
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 onion(s), finely diced
- salt and pepper
- Gyros spice or chop spice or similar
- Oil or clarified butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Mix all ingredients well, season to taste, and chill for 30 minutes. Form meatballs and fry in a pan with a little oil or clarified butter. Turn them regularly and fry until they reach the desired color. They’ll even appeal to real meat lovers and are also great served cold. We like them with a creamy mushroom sauce, potatoes, and salad.
