Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 packs of meat substitute (Vegan Mince from Lidl) 275 g each
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • 1 onion(s), very finely chopped
  • e.g. coriander, very finely chopped
  • e.g. parsley, very finely chopped
  • n. B. Pfeffer
  • e.g. chili powder, mild
  • e.g. mustard, optional
  • breadcrumbs
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Knead all ingredients together thoroughly. Form into meatballs and coat them in breadcrumbs. Fry in oil until crispy.
