Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 125 g oat flakes
  • 125 ml low-fat milk
  • 50 g Emmental cheese, grated
  • ½ onion(s)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp marjoram
  • Sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • ½ garlic clove(s), optional
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, adding half a clove of garlic, if desired. Add paprika and pepper, if desired. Let rest for 20 to 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 180°C (fan oven). Then form a roast and place it in a greased baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C (fan oven with grill function).
