Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 50 ml milk
- 50 g flour
- 1 shot of mineral water

- 50 g sheep’s cheese
- ½ bell pepper(s)
- 80 g cream cheese
- herbal salt
- chives
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
For the pancake batter, mix all the ingredients well. Heat a pan with oil and spread the pancake batter so that the entire pan is covered. When one side is firm, turn it over and cook the other side. You should have 2-3 pancakes. Let the pancakes cool. For the filling, briefly chop the feta cheese and paprika in a blender and mix with the cream cheese and chives. Season with herb salt and pepper to taste. Spread the filling on the pancakes. Carefully roll up the pancakes, wrap them in plastic wrap and chill for about 30 minutes. Cut the roll into pieces about 1 cm wide and, if necessary, pierce them with a toothpick to serve.
