Vegetarian pizza rolls

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g sour cream
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 can mushrooms, 2nd choice, sliced
  • 150 g cheese (e.g. Tilsitter or Emmental), grated
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green or red
  • 10 slice(s) of toast bread or 5 rolls (10 halves)
  • 3 tbsp tomato juice or ketchup
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Oregano and basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Grate the cheese and mix it with all the other ingredients while cold. Season to taste with salt, pepper, paprika, etc. I also add a little ketchup or tomato juice. Toast about 3 tablespoons of bread beforehand, then spread the cheese on the slices and bake them in the oven or mini oven.
