Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 liter passion fruit juice
- 500 ml schnapps (grain)
- 500 ml cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
All ingredients should be well chilled. Pour the passion fruit juice into a 2-liter bowl, then add the cream and cornstarch. Mix everything thoroughly with a hand mixer. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
