Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 can of jackfruit
- 5 large mushrooms
- 1 small onion(s)
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tsp flour
- 125 ml water
- 125 ml white wine
- 1 dash of cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Drain the jackfruit and cut into small pieces. Season with salt and pepper and marinate in a little rapeseed oil. Slice the mushrooms and finely dice the onion. Sauté the onion, mushrooms, and jackfruit in a little fat. Remove from the pan and set aside. Make a roux with butter and flour. Deglaze with water and white wine and season with salt and pepper. Now add a splash of cream and reheat the onions, mushrooms, and jackfruit.
