Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500g pasta
- 1 shot of rapeseed oil
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 m.-sized carrot(s)
- 250 g mushrooms, brown
- 500 g leaf spinach
- 125 ml Soy Cream Cuisine
- 1 shot soy sauce, dark
- some salt and pepper

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Prepare the pasta according to the package instructions. Dice the onion. Press or finely chop the garlic cloves and fry them in a pan with the oil. Slice the carrot into thin strips using a spiralizer or a vegetable peeler. Quarter the mushrooms. Add the carrot strips, mushrooms, and spinach leaves to the pan and fry. Once the vegetables are cooked, add the soy cuisine and a dash of soy sauce. Season, add the pasta to the sauce, and mix.
