Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 3 potatoes
- 3 carrots
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 pack of sauerkraut
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp broth
- tsp honey
- some caraway
- some pepper
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Chop the potatoes, carrots, and onions into small pieces and fry briefly in olive oil. Add the sauerkraut from the package, simmer briefly, and then add water. Stir in a tablespoon of tomato paste. Season to taste with broth and caraway seeds. Add a dollop of honey at the end (for the acidity). This makes a delicious, hearty winter soup and is very healthy for your body.
