Vegetarian Spaghetti Bolognese

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 200 g soy granules
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 4 large tomatoes
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 pack of Knorr Naturally Delicious! Spaghetti Bolognese (seasoning base)
  • 250g spaghetti

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

with spice base

Cook the spaghetti in lightly salted water. Dice the onion and sauté briefly in a pan with oil. Finely chop the garlic and add it with the soy granules. Chop the peppers and tomatoes and add them. Add 250 ml of water and stir in the seasoning base. Bring to a boil while stirring. Cover and simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes. Serve the sauce with the spaghetti.
