Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 75 g cheese (Emmental)
- 50 g butter, soft
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 4 tbsp whipped cream
- 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 15 mushrooms
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Grate the Emmental cheese and mix with all the ingredients except the mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper. Wash the mushrooms and twist out the stems. Fill each mushroom with about 2-3 teaspoons of the cheese mixture. Bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes. Serve with rice or baguette.
