Ingredients
- 2 small Zucchini
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 1 Spring onion
- Salt and pepper
- 50 g Sheep milk cheese
- Fresh dill
Instructions
- Wash the zucchini, cut off the ends, grate roughly and add salt, then let stand for 20 minutes, then drain off the water.
- Now add the eggs, the flour, the finely chopped onion and the herbs. Crumble the sheep's cheese and add to it, form small biscuits and fry until golden in hot oil. Add the cheese to taste, you can do it without it.
