Freestyle Apple and Almond Muffins

The perfect freestyle apple and almond muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Egg
  • 125 g Sugar
  • 80 ml Oil
  • 200 g Sour cream
  • 50 g Chopped almonds
  • 250 g Flour
  • 1 Pck. Baking powder
  • 0,5 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 Pck. Almond custard powder
  • 1 Pck. Vanilla sugar
  • 2 Apples
  • 150 g Vanilla pudding
  1. Whisk the egg with a mixing spoon. Stir in sugar and oil. Then add the sour cream. Stir in the almonds.
  2. Mix the flour, baking powder and baking soda.
  3. Peel the apples (the smaller one weighed 125 g, the larger one 150 g). Chop the larger one. Grate the smaller apple or chop it in a moulinette or something similar and add to the egg-cream mixture.
  4. Put the pudding powder and vanilla sugar in a plastic bag. Add the apple pieces and shake well. Add to the flour mixture. Then stir everything into the egg-cream mixture.
  5. Place half of the batter in a muffin tin. Place a teaspoon of vanilla pudding on top of each. Then fill up with the rest of the batter. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 ° for 25-30 minutes.
