Freestyle Apple and Almond Muffins

Ingredients
 

  • 1 Egg
  • 125 g Sugar
  • 80 ml Oil
  • 200 g Sour cream
  • 50 g Chopped almonds
  • 250 g Flour
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 0,5 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 packet Almond custard powder
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 2 Apples
  • 150 g Vanilla pudding

Instructions
 

  • Whisk the egg with a mixing spoon. Stir in sugar and oil. Then add the sour cream. Stir in the almonds.
  • Mix the flour, baking powder and baking soda.
  • Peel the apples (the smaller one weighed 125 g, the larger one 150 g). Chop the larger one. Grate the smaller apple or chop it in a moulinette or something similar and add to the egg-cream mixture.
  • Put the pudding powder and vanilla sugar in a plastic bag. Add the apple pieces and shake well. Add to the flour mixture. Then stir everything into the egg-cream mixture.
  • Place half of the batter in a muffin tin. Place a teaspoon of vanilla pudding on top of each. Then fill up with the rest of the batter. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 ° for 25-30 minutes.
