Freestyle Apple and Almond Muffins

- 1 Egg
- 125 g Sugar
- 80 ml Oil
- 200 g Sour cream
- 50 g Chopped almonds
- 250 g Flour
- 1 Pck. Baking powder
- 0,5 tsp Baking soda
- 1 Pck. Almond custard powder
- 1 Pck. Vanilla sugar
- 2 Apples
- 150 g Vanilla pudding
- Whisk the egg with a mixing spoon. Stir in sugar and oil. Then add the sour cream. Stir in the almonds.
- Mix the flour, baking powder and baking soda.
- Peel the apples (the smaller one weighed 125 g, the larger one 150 g). Chop the larger one. Grate the smaller apple or chop it in a moulinette or something similar and add to the egg-cream mixture.
- Put the pudding powder and vanilla sugar in a plastic bag. Add the apple pieces and shake well. Add to the flour mixture. Then stir everything into the egg-cream mixture.
- Place half of the batter in a muffin tin. Place a teaspoon of vanilla pudding on top of each. Then fill up with the rest of the batter. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 ° for 25-30 minutes.
