Veggie Rice Noodle Dish with Seaweed
The perfect veggie rice noodle dish with seaweed recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 100 g Ribbon rice noodles
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Paprika
- 0,5 Zucchini
- 2 Handful Spinach
- 1 Handful Sprouts
- 0,5 bunch Coriander green
- 2 Rods Spring onions
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp Peanuts
- For the dressing:
- 15 g Ginger
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 10 g Wakame seaweed
- 2 tbsp Oyster sauce (alternatively soy sauce)
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Lime juice
- Prepare the glass noodles according to the instructions on the package, then drain them in a sieve and rinse with cold water.
- Now the dressing is prepared, cut the ginger and garlic into small pieces and mix well with the other ingredients in a blender.
- Now the shredded algae can be soaked in the dressing and mixed with the glass noodles after 5 minutes. If the noodles soak up the dressing completely, add a little water and oil.
- You can now cut the carrots, peppers and zucchini into strips. Chop up the spring onions and coriander and sauté them with the rest of the vegetables.
- As soon as the vegetables are ready, fold the noodles under the vegetables and serve with the sesame seeds and peanuts. Now the dish is ready.
