Coconut blossom syrup
- 200 g Coconut blossom sugar
- 150 ml Filtered water (normal)
Coconut blossom syrup
- Weigh the coconut blossom sugar and pour it into a small saucepan. Pour the filtered (normal) water on top. Bring the whole thing to a boil and stir until the coconut blossom sugar has dissolved. Then switch it down and let it simmer.
- Simmer until a syrup-like consistency is obtained. This is then transferred to a small, clean bottle. I got about 250 ml. Close the bottle and let it cool. This syrup can be used in many ways. Imagination without limits!
