Vegi Burger with Eggplant
The perfect vegi burger with eggplant recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 piece Eggplant fresh
- 1 piece Multigrain rolls
- 1 sheet Iceberg lettuce fresh
- 1 piece Fresh tomato
- 3 disc Cucumber
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tsp Mustard
- 2 tsp Ketchup
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- Rosemary
- Garlic
- 1 Egg whisked
- Breadcrumbs
- Flour
- Margarine
- Peel and slice the aubergine. Then place in a bowl and marinate with soy sauce, salt, pepper, garlic and rosemary to taste. If you want, you can take steak seasoning.
- Now, as with classic breading, build up a breading station and dust the aubergine slices with Mhel, then pull through the beaten egg and finally turn in the breadcrumbs. Let the margarine get hot in a pan and fry the breaded eggplant slices in it.
