Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500g penne
  • some oil
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 2 onions
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 400 ml natural yogurt
  • 400 ml cream
  • 4 tsp mustard
  • 6 tsp vinegar
  • 6 tsp sugar
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste
  • Dill tips or various herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the penne according to the instructions, drain, and return it to the pot. Drizzle a little oil over the pasta and stir to prevent it from sticking together. For the yogurt and cream dressing, combine the yogurt and cream, add the vinegar, mustard, and sugar. Season with sea salt and pepper. Halve the cucumber whole, thinly slice, and add to the dressing along with the finely diced onions. Add the crushed garlic. Mix everything well. Finally, garnish with dill sprigs or other herbs.
