Very chocolatey brownies

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 225 g butter
  • 180 g dark chocolate
  • 5 eggs
  • 80 g brown sugar
  • 120 g sugar
  • 140 g flour
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

enough for about 20 pieces

Preheat the oven to 160°C – 170°C. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt it in the pan. Set the pan aside. Beat the eggs with both types of sugar using a hand mixer on high for about 4 minutes. Sift the flour and salt over the eggs and mix briefly on low speed (until the white part of the flour is no longer visible). Stir in the cooled butter and chocolate mixture on low speed. Immediately pour the batter into a shallow, square baking pan (approx. 20 cm x 30 cm) and bake for 30 minutes. Once cooled, cut into small cubes. Tip: These brownies also work great in a roasting pan, but you’ll need to double the amount of ingredients. The baking time remains the same at about 30-35 minutes.
