Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 carambola
- 1 kiwi(s)
- 1 banana(s)
- 1 tangerine(s)
- 1 grapefruit(s)
- 1 orange(s)
- 1 persimmon
- 2 passion fruit(s), fully ripe
- 300 g yogurt
- 4 tbsp soy flakes
- 4 tbsp oat flakes
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds

Wash, peel, and slice the fruit. Fillet the citrus fruit. Arrange the fruit decoratively on a large plate, leaving the center free. Now pour the yogurt (sweetened beforehand if necessary) into the center. Split the passion fruit down the middle and spread the pulp over the yogurt. Mix the soy flakes, oat flakes, and sunflower seeds and pour over the yogurt. This creates a delicious and healthy muesli! If you’re in a hurry in the morning, you can also prepare the fruit etc. the evening before! Of course, this also works with seasonal fruit.
