Very healthy apple rice pudding

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 7 tbsp oat flakes
  • 1 ½ cup(s) water
  • 25 g protein powder
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 small apple
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

light, tasty, quick

Cook the oats in water until soft. Add the egg white powder and continue stirring until it reaches the consistency of rice pudding. Add the sugar for sweetness. Peel and chop the apple, stir in half, and heat the other half in the microwave. Transfer the rice pudding to a bowl and serve sprinkled with the remaining apple and cinnamon.
