  • 1 can tuna in its own juice
  • 3 tbsp natural yogurt, 1.5% fat
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 2 tbsp corn
  • 1 tbsp Cremefine
  • salt and pepper
  • dill

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Place the tuna, Cremefine, and yogurt in a blender and puree. Fold in the vegetables or add them to the blender. Season with salt, pepper, and dill. Serve with a whole-grain roll or fresh whole-grain bread.
