Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g carrot(s)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 jar mineral water (it doesn’t have to be Vichy)
  • ½ bunch parsley, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Peel the carrots and slice them thinly. Heat the butter in a saucepan. Add the carrots and season lightly with salt and honey (or sugar). Cover and sauté the carrots for a few minutes, then add the mineral water. Finally, garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
