Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g flour
  • 125 g cornstarch
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 250 g margarine, melted or oil
  • 125 ml milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Still tastes great the next day!

Mix all ingredients together until smooth and bake waffles. Serve with rice pudding, cherries thickened with vanilla pudding powder, whipped cream, vanilla ice cream, or simply a dash of cinnamon.
