Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g sausages (Vienna)
- 2 spring onions
- 4 tsp tomato paste
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cut the Vienna sausages into thin slices. Finely slice the spring onions as well. Then, dilute the tomato paste with a little water, mix well, season with a little sugar, and add the Vienna sausages and spring onions. The salad tastes great on ciabatta or plain white bread.
