  • 250 g cornstarch
  • 150 g flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

a pastry that melts in your mouth

Whisk together all the dough ingredients, except for 100g of flour, until fluffy. Then knead in the remaining 100g of flour. Shape the dough into rolls and cut into slices. Form the slices into balls, working a mocha bean into the center of each one, ensuring the mocha bean is completely coated in the dough. Bake for about 10 minutes at 180°C (top/bottom heat). The balls should remain light in color. Once cooled, decorate with melted chocolate coating. I don’t remember exactly how many cookies there were, but it could be more than 40. Don’t make the balls too big.
